Meeting Minutes 

I.      Questions on last meetings minutes: None

II.    Treasurer’s Report:   Passed out

III.  Committee Reports:

A.       Car Wash- date was changed to Sunday, September 28^th at the BP located on Hall Rd. and Hayes.

B.        Detroit Lions Football Squares- all squares are sold.

C.        Gold Party- you can still turn in gold through the end of the month.  It is an individual fundraiser. 10% of the value of all the gold turned in will go into the group fund.

D.       Snack Box- sign up sheet is now available.  You can sign up for 1 week at this time.

E.        Mary Kay- Fundraising opportunity was presented.  Flyer will be put into family folders and emailed out.

 

IV.   Old Business:

F.        Recap of Recital Concessions- profit was about $60 per person.

G.        Recital Pictures- profits went to the group fundraiser.  A notice will be added into next bill reminding about availability of pictures and a deadline for ordering.

 V.     New Business:

H.  Volunteer Forms, Fundraisers & Activities-   volunteer forms are due Sep. 24^th.

I.  Nationals- waiting on info. on where we will be going to plan possible get together at Nationals.

 VI.   Company/Studio Improvements/Questions

 VII. Miscellaneous:

J.       Competition Photos- when permitted our photo dad has offered to continue taking pictures.  It costs $150 per year to keep photo website secure.  We will be asking for a small contribution for the password to the sight for the pictures.  This money will pay for the security on the sight.  Any money above this will be put into the group fundraiser account.
